hey Mike I got a dirty job for. I work for a company that cleans drilling rigs, we work with big vac trucks that go inside the rig and sucks all the mud from the mud boxes (center fuses) on the rig. We also have mud boxes outside the rig that that we clean also. Mike normal day on a rig is about a 15 to 20 hour day. So Mike if you want to get truley dirty give me a call, I think your viewers would really love to see you covered in mud, I know I would.

Ms. Buis, Life is precious and all though you are having a disagreement with Discovery Store, people are going through things that you could never imagine. If this is the most serious problem you are having…my dear you are blessed!!! And please do not ever write anything negative anywhere near Mike Rowe’s name…he is my soon to be husband after all. I know that dirty jobs uses discover store for advertising I certainly wouldn’t want them to endorse my business!!! Discovery store has the worst customer service I have every experienced in my life. I’m in a occupation that customer service is KEY and if I ever gave the service that they do I would be out of business. I purchased several items for Christmas from discovery store, when I tried to return some of the items it was a major project. First they said they didn’t receive all the items (which were all in the same box)it was just one road block after another, after about a month they broke down because I was such a pest and refunded my money. Recently I returned a telescope that doesn’t work!!!! Whoever heard of a telescope that doesn’t work!!!! They told me I was going to get all my money back as a credit in my account. When I called back to see where my refund was they said they were sending me a gift check for discovery store. I’m still in the process of arguing with them over this. I was told yesterday and several other times a manager would call me back, I’m still waiting!!! They don’t put notes in the computer after speaking to you, and the reps are just worthless as far as I’m concerned. All they want to do is sell you something, but if something is wrong they act ignorant. It’s just a mess, a company that well known has service like that.
